Trump budget would cut $150 million from NYPD's anti-terrorism funding.  While at the same time NY is forced to spend millions to protect Trump Tower.  So fuck everyone else, right?

That's an amazing assertion.  And, frankly, just not believable.
And as for Trumps "SMOOTH TRANSITION," I seem to have missed that.  From where I sit this is the most dysfunctional transition I've ever seen.  And the most remarkable thing about it is that the dysfunction is almost totally self-inflicted. Trump has no one to blame but himself.
