If Pence takes over the reigns of the office of president, making Trump a mere figurehead or puppet, and Congress finds that the Russians did indeed have a hand at swaying the election, he will be seen by many, if not most, as an illegitimate president. Much like he tried to do with his birther movement against Obama! ;)

I can hear them now. "I told you he didn't take the job seriously, I bet you he steps down January 19th instead of finishing out his term which ends on January, 20th" lmao

It really is ridiculous to think Trump with EVER settle for second chair. Utterly and totally fucking ridiculous. These guys just keep doubling down on stupid, despite Trump proving them wrong time and time again.

But, time will tell, which one of use is right! I still think Pence is going to do most, if not all of the grunt work, while, what you say, regarding Trump is true. He will ultimately call the shots, when he chooses to do so. I also think that as long as the markets are flying high, Trump's favorables will will be in the positive range, but if things begin to turn to crap, the Russian issue is going to haunt his presidency.

And who knows, maybe you are.  But "reign" means to rule.  "Reins" are what you use to guide a horse.
