Funny in a way, sad in a way, but their is some truth in it. Like somebody said most elections are decided by people more interested in America Idol and their favorite sport team.

i suppose i take my access to cnn for granted.

this is a disheartening glimpse into american society's priorities and values, as i'm sure there are voters like these on both sides.

Agree only that both sides have uniform voters. Think it is a fair statement that many blacks are voting for Obama mainly because he is black.

  In Previous Presidential elections Blacks have overwhelmingly voted for White Democrats to the tune of 90% +-...Most  Blacks are more excited about voting for Obama but if he wasn't the choice , they would vote for a cracker as long as he isn't a Republican.
