Another example of the need to look behind the numbers
how about explaining how many deaths will be stopped by the proposed law(s)?
...and when are dems going to address the black on black murders...rather than just fingerpointing at cops? Obama hasn't got an idea or has he?Oh forgot, congress has block all funds for the CDC to do any research on gun violence. But they have spent close to 4.5Mil on a trump up charge on Benghazi...for the 9th time...go figure.
Dems don't address black on black gun murders because believe they already have African Americans in their political back pocket. It's basically a non-issue to them. The motive of politicians is to sway voters to their side, period! It's easy to blabber about new gun control laws to a white prime time audience.
And it's always; let's make another law, or vote for me and I'll do something about it. Just like Hillary's nonsensical statements about the so-called "war on women" in our country, while at the same time the Clinton's accept donations to their foundation from nations that treat women like animals. Vote for me and I'll set you free ... rap on brother, rap on. And the beat goes on.
So I will let someone that knows the real truth answer you.
Just remember made up facts are not truth!
...and when are dems going to address the black on black murders...rather than just fingerpointing at cops? Obama hasn't got an idea or has he?
What made you think I didn't? The point the article was making still stands: 60% of gun violence is suicides. I'll bet most people think it's random murders, which is far from the truth. And what it says is we should stop blaming guns and work on getting decent screening to weed out nuts who try to buy guns, and get them the help they need. We're never going to get rid of 300 millions guns anyway.
Claro?
Why waste money criminalizing people? It just drives up the price and the $$$ goes into the hands of drug lords and terrorists. Legalize it and tax it.
but I would most certainly agree with decriminalizing simple use and possession of ALL drugs, including crack and heroin.
I think that certain drugs are so harmful and with no positive uses like crack cocaine that I think the manufacture, transportation and sale of such substances should still be discouraged with criminal penalties the same as I have no issues with pimping being illegal where it comes to prostitution. Where I draw the line is imprisoning people "for their own good" Is a junkie or crack head really better off in prison than rehab? Not to mention it costs more money to keep someone in prison than rehab.
From the article:
"Another occurred in Israel, where members of the military had a high suicide rate. In 2006, the army stopped letting soldiers take their service weapons home on weekends. The suicide rate fell there, too, by 40 percent."
I knew a guy that blew his own brains out about 10 years ago. He was one of the last people I thought would do something like that. Maybe he was always depressed and hid it well, like many do. Maybe he just had a really bad day and had a gun handy so he shot himself. Don't know.
I thought the part about the ovens was interesting.
A cute name like "pumpkin" followed by a suggestion that I must be upset. Nice red herring, cupcake. You really should know better. It's tired. Jethro. rofl.
Whilst fellow liberals like FG post with all the coherence of 12-year-olds and a certain duck trots out his tired and predictable "repartee."
But I think crack should be legal, too. It might improve FG's writing skills.
Then you can comment on other people.
So no wonder you keep lying to yourself about your intelligence.
But I think crack should be legal, too. It might improve FG's writing skills.
I guess you wouldn't know a compete sentence if it bit you in the ass.
