He's been under Federal investigation for years.    I doubt his views on Cuba and Iran have anything to do with him being charged or not.

  Republicans and some Democrats routinely ostracize  President Obama without being charged by the Feds.
  I seriously doubt any disagreements Dirty Menendez has had with the administration influenced whether he will be criminally indicted or not.
 Last month a friend of mine claimed Menendez has been shielded for years  by the White House because he's a Democrat.  Yesterday he claimed Menendez was going to be charged because he has recently publicly disagreed with Obama about Iran.  
 
   I've always had a feeling Menendez is a crook, when he stated  the Cuba deal stinks

What laws? The one the books since Nixon about preserving public records. The ones defining emails as public records. Obama's own executive orders about preserving emails.
How do you know that 55000 emails are all that exist? That's what her staff culled through and then released. "All mail" was between Clinton and DoS addresses? That's a leap too. Bottom line, the Clintons have always considered themselves a law unto themselves. Her real problem is that the left is moving against her.
