Our healthcare system has needed an overhaul for decades. The GOP blocked every attempt so as to keep their "for profit" oligarchy fat, dumb and happy. Obama and the DNC come along and give us a more equitable healthcare system; but impose a "Direct Capitation" which is Un-Constitutional in doing so. The GOP doesn't care about how much sickness, unfair business practice, or ecological devastation a big business brings to a community. But the DNC legislates so many regulations a small business or entrepreneur has little impetus to even try opening a business.So your statement is not, all wrong or right at the same time!
