There is no reason to drag down "Family/Moral Values" with this story. You could have just as easily said Representative Eagle.
Just before 2 a.m. Monday morning, Eagle was arrested in Tallahassee on suspicion of DUI. Police first spotted him pulling out of a Taco Bell in his black SUV before he narrowly avoided hitting a median, then stopped in an intersection, veered into a curb and ran a traffic light, according to arrest documents.
An arresting officer wrote that Eagle smelled like alcohol, had "bloodshot, watery, and glassy eyes," and swayed while outside his vehicle, but denied drinking any alcoholic beverages. He allegedly claimed the smell of booze had come from friends who had ridden in his car after being at a bar, and refused to take a field sobriety test or submit to a breath test, according to police.
Eagle, 30, was booked at Leon County Jail and later released.

I think all legislators should have to remain drug and alcohol free. During their entire elected term in office.
Law makers should not be consuming mind altering substances.

Its quite common to believe in a higher value while failing to live up to that value 100% of the time.
I believe that public drunkeness is a sin and against the law. I occasionaly fail to control my intake of alcohol, forgetting how much I've had in relation to my weight. There are, of course, other factors to consider in consumption of alcohol

The religious wing shouldn't have too much capital, in comparison to corporate capital. The irresponsible wing has no capital to begin with. Why should either side dictate where the money goes?
Politics should not cater to social issues. They aren't doing a good job as it is. Fire them.
