talking about it in simplistic black and white terms, which is really a tendency for anyone (though it should be avoided), then you're going to miss the complexity of the situation. And, it's that complexity which should be the basis of what one feels: confused, ambivalent, distrustful yet perhaps hopeful, etc. I listened to a report by Christiane Amanpour, one of the bravest women I know, and she said that those who are in Libya, like Americans, and are very grateful to use, along with the French and British.
