I am in Season 1 and Kevin Spacey has really drawn me in.

 
I think the political drama has been an eye opener to me, how out of touch congressmen are to ordinary people.  :(

Anybody else thoughts on House of Cards and if the corruption and media games they play is probably real close to reality

... i think its an over the top dramatization of what really does go on in Washington DC. There are undeniably definite elements of truth in the way they espouse how things are done on Capitol Hill, but hey, its Kevin Spacey, so there is going to be a little bit of Keyser Söze thrown in there as well. I can't say more without tossing in a spoiler or two.
Except to say Robin Wright and Spacey both are just so damned good.
