We all now that it takes a couple of years for those histrouy books to be writen and those histologists have to think about what they write. Also sometimes we need time fir the events to happen so we will now what happened after it all over. But in the end,, I tink histroy will show that HE was a good priesident , and that his poliicies worked to a big extend. The war in Iraq for enstance, looks bad when you see on TV but so did the Vet Nam war and World War ii. Butin the long run tings worked for everyboidy. Plus Bush had some bad luck wen he was prieseident. That 9//11 attack was pretty bad. And that hurrican Catherine in New orleans was kinda bad too,, But in away, all that was just bad luck because it coulda hpppaened to any preisident not just Bush. and who is say they woulda done any better tahn what he did?. I guess what iam saying is that you need time to pass so that you can forget about the bad times and only remembver the good times. People are like that. Or in other wrods, once I saw a deer on the side of a road that got hit by someones' car. I got real cloose and looked at it. But then when I looked at it's smachsed body form a couple hundred yards away it didn't look to bad. So I gues it is only a matter of pesrspectiv, on what makes up someones' mind. and taht iss the same way with those histologists who we will read about later .pleawse let me now wat you think? Thigns are not bad now. We al l have jobs and our making good money. At the welding plant, we got bonuses this past Chirstmas and I used mine to go the Chiensese massage. Any way, tht's it for know.

After I read your post I realized you are supporting the wrong person...You are the stereotypical Hillary supporter...other than old women, but then again your mind is like a bitter old woman's.

and I think this guy needs to look up the definition of a histologist....has nothing to do with history.

In the interest of full disclosure I am a democrat and think that George W. is an idiot.

Having said that, it was hurricane KATRINA, not Catherine that hit New Orleans.  But maybe Bush made the same mistake you did about the name and that is why it took so long to respond, he got a little confused?
The war in Iraq looks bad on TV.... over 4,000 US soldiers are dead, that doesn't just look bad, IT IS BAD.
As far as time passing and forgetting about the bad and only remembering the good?  Well, personally I don't think that will happen in the next few decades.

I don't think it was Bush that had the "bad luck" I think it was our country that had the "bad luck" when he was elected (TWICE).

Lauren

Katrina is  a lot of  the NO  mayor's  fault. Also the dumb  Lousinana   Governor  over a little thing call Posse Comitatus.
President Bush asked Governor Blanco of Louisiana to mobilize the Louisiana National Guard and formally ask for federal assistance, only to have her resist  for 24 hours.
All could have handled it better including Bush but to say he is to blame for all is not looking at all the facts.

I think that AMANLIKE is supposed to be satirical. You know, the gag is he is a really really dumb Bush supporter. Get it?

What I find funny, is that all you folks that are supposed to be so much smarter than Bush responded to AMANLIKE as if he is serious.

So, the joke that was supposed to be on dumb Bush supporters is actually now on the smarty pants Lefties....ha ha.

yes, i get got an email regarding the post.  Since I don't frequent this board, I thought it was just a right wing idiot.  I actually used MUCH restraint in my response since I didn't even comment on the obvious spelling and grammatical errors.
I still stand by my post, Bush is an idiot.
Discreetly,
Lauren

Some would categorize the "feeble-minded" based on IQ scores as:
moron (IQ of 51-70),
imbecile (IQ of 26-50), and
idiot (IQ of 0-25)

Were he an idiot, I doubt he could have fathered kids.

Others would say that roughly 95% of the population has an IQ between 70 and 130 (between -2 and +2 standard deviations from the mean) and perhaps we should call them "normal."  A score below 70 may indicate mental retardation, and a score above 130 may indicate intellectual giftedness.

Perhaps safest to say is that GW - well, he ain't "gifted" with an intellectual capacity beyond what we see.... In short - I find it difficult to call as to whether the man is stupid or ignorant - either way - it is bad for us.

Bush is a f'ing idiot, period.  However, there are more idiots out there who actually believe that Bush is smart, which must make then even bigger idiots then Bush. To me, it is not a matter of "blue vrs. red or Rep. vrs. Dem.," it is simply a basic fact that Bush is an idiot.

I am an Independent.

This is what you get when you vote on the basis of:

1. Sound Bites

2. Religion

3. Extreme Left or Right wing ideology

4. Unwillingness to question ability due to blind following

5. Extreme dislike/like on the basis of media portrayal

6. Selfishness

7. Taxes will never be Zero

8. Government cannot solve extreme social problems which is rooted in generational behavior

9. Government cannot solve anyones problem without personal responsibility

10. Government is not the root of the problem, you are.

11. Every action by politicians must be questioned and they must be held responsible

12. Irrational extreme selfish behavior will always fail

1 thru 4 is enough reasons for me not to vote for Obambi. Will vote for McCain because, he is about close to an independent thinker I have come across in the brian dead two party system. Also believe McCain has the ability to stand up when need to be and work across the aisle when needs to be and he has proven that. I also believe, McCain is closest to statesman, we have come across in a long long time

but he is so much less repugnant than the other two candidates it makes it an easy choice for me. Anyone hated almost equally by the far left and the far right is usually the best choice for those of us in the middle, this election is no exeption.

I am not a huge fan of McCain, but at least I won't have to hold my nose when voting for him, as I would with any other candidate from either party. Faint praise, but it's the best I've got.

AMan is just one of the more obvious smartasses here.  He is pulling your chain here.  He's got the classic problem of parody, you've got to be enough over the top that people recognize the mockery, and still close enough that people understand what's being mocked.

Don't feel bad, many of the righties think he's one of them.   Now if he's really good, he'll come on protesting that he's serious, and we just don't understand him.  Maybe something like 4,000 KIAs is just an understandable mistake.

The righties know he is a
lefty in disguise..
If you could only notice, its the lefties with blinders in their eyes..

Viet Nam war - good?  for who?  us?  the Soviets?  the vietnamese?  Please.

Hurricane Catherine?  You mean Katrina...  While I seriously believe that the local government was far more to blame for the lunacy that occurred there, Bush is not innocent.

so here is my take on the Bush legacy....

Closer to economic collapse than at any time in our history - due to a continued failure to recognize that we need to develop a comprehensive energy policy....

Loss of a sense of democratic principals due to the unchecked mass invasion on our southern boarder - by a people who have little or no respect for 1) our soverignty or 2) our laws.

Loss of independance of choice and responsibility - due to the every increasing expansion of entitlement programs.

Loss of technical advantage due to an emphasis on the wrong issues, and a failure to hold universities accountable for the federal funding of their programs.

and finally,
a loss of respect for the office of POTUS...  Sure Nixon, carter and Clinton did their fair share of damage... but this guy.... seems so stupid as to not even understand the damage that he has done.

Former California prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi wants President Bush charged with murder.

Bugliosi - who in the early 1970s successfully prosecuted Charles Manson for the murder of Sharon Tate and six others - lays out his case against Bush in The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder (Perseus Books, 2008).

He may have been a good DA but he is showing how nutty you get to sell books with this BS  But I guess a made up basis is OK for him to make money on books . What a loser of a farce but if people are stupid enough to believe that the plan is feasible I hope he takes the fools money :)

It would be, but I don't like nuts of any kind.

That when you call President Bush an idiot, you are basically saying the Dems got their butts kicked by an idiot - TWICE
