It's just a canned phrase they throw out whenever O'Keefe releases a new expose. You would think they would come up with some real doozies to point out since they are always claiming he does it. Of course every editor edits -- it's in the name. And they all edit to highlight the points. A fraudulent edit really has to change the meaning in a severe way.

From the article I recall them pointed to two editing examples -- one where he supposedly edited out pauses (dead air.) And one where he made is seem he was dressed as a pimp instead of a suit. Really? That's it?
