Cunning? Cunning enough to sink us into an unwinnable war

Does that man ever sleep or rest or even pause in his very successful effort to be the Darkest Prince of US politics?  I mean,  he's certainly displaced noted duelist Aaron Burr.  Has the Republic ever offered up a more malign figure inflicting itself on the body politic?

Anyway, i'll dispense with the usual references to Marx and Santayana and Lord Acton about history. Just read the link.  It's seems longish, but that's only because the author is no rival to Grisham or Connelly in page-turning stylistic ability.

You've got to hand it to the VP.  This leopard seems never to have changed his stripes.  Or is he a tiger who seems never to have changed his spots?  Ah, this guy is so cunning, it's criminal.  Pun intended.

"rathering"  rhymes with "blathering."

If you do use it, just every do often attribute it to me.

Thanks.

He was really an interesting guy.  A way long time ago, I read this book--- Aaron Burr: The Proud Pretender.  By Holmes Alexander.  It was awesome.  At the end of his life, Burr stated that he was sorry for killing Alexander Hamilton.  Burr was a hound-dog too. He scored big-time with lots of ladies..  He was kind of a gigilo.

That book is really good but is only in libraries as it was written back in the 30's.

Well, you can read the novel "Burr" by well-know anti-American effette lefty Gore Vidal.

Something tells me, though, you'll pass [LOL] [just kidding].

It's like remembering the great prowess of the evil Nazi German Military Machine.  Till you realize they hit a 11 mile wide barrier of water and didn't know what to do.

Makes sense to me .. Was blathering a word before Dan Rathers infamy? It all makes sense  as Rather was blathering while he was rathering us .
