Oh, where has gov't for the people and by the people gone the way of?

republicans charge 35,000 just to get on ballot in south carolina?  this seems insane to me.  why exclude the poor?  many americans do not even make this much money, yet republicans ask for it just to be on ballot?  

i know presidential race is a big deal but do you not effectively quash the voice of anyone w/out big time corporate donors or political capital of his own?  

a party that cares only about money.  how sad a day this is for me to read abou this.

my friend, do you have 35,000 to get on the ballot in SC if you chose to try to represent your fellow repulibcans?  i think this is sad.  why charge so much?  do we not want the less wealthy running?
