...Judiciary Committee doesn't know a fucking thing about judges.  He said Obama shouldn't fill three vacant positions on the D.C. Court of Appeals because he didn't want Obama to "pack the court."  The Court now has four Dems and four Repubs so Grassley doesn't want there to be a majority of Dem-appointed judges.

Filling vacancies on a court is not packing it.  FDR tried to pack the Supreme Court by increasing the number of justices to 15 so the Dems would have a big majority.

Grassley is a 79 year-old farmer who should be put out to one of his pastures.  WTF is it with these GOP geezers?  Orrin Hatch, also 79, just won re-election last year.  John McCain will be 77 soon and Mitch McConnell will be 72 when he runs again next year.  Being in the Senate is probably the only thing that gives them a hard on.

Any of you righties want to defend Grassley?  I know one who agrees with the Chuckster - the guy who gets his news from The Blaze!  BWAHAHAHA!
