Personally, I'm delighted to see State governments especially their courts exert States rights more and more.  It's about time the States make a deliberate to reject Federal Government invasion into matters that our Constitution reserves to the States.  I say Bravo, and pray that other States join the band wagon to put the Feds in their place... Maybe Ron Paul has the right prescription for this isolated matter.
