There is really no "news" here re a new document, which I thought the story made clear.  The news is that Michelle Bachmann, when shown the certificate of live birth by Stephanopoulos, said the issue was settled.  I'm sure she'll be asked why she decided to say it now.  My guess is, with Trump roaring around using the birth certificate as his main issue (and beating her in recent polls), Bachmann is trying to say it's a non-issue.  More political games.  But it is ironic for birthers, some of whom post here.
