If the FBI finds enough evidence, I'm sure they will charge him.

how about the guy that has let Black unemployment rise dramatically...teenage rate highest in history, has no jobs program to mitigate the unemployment, let 4 American be killed while never lifting a finger to help, gave guns to Mex drug cartels and saw a US Border agent killed with one of them, spies on citizens to an extent never seen, uses IRS for his political purpose and stonewalls Congress trying to get facts...on and on.....he NEEDS to occupy a cell first!
