unknown fireballs in the sky, meteors and comets.
What's the big deal with not raising the minimal wage? Now I'm back to lamost earning it. So I guess I care. But was the use? They just raise the price of everything as usual.
What was this message about?
Oh yeah , on the news, services to the killed cops in CA? I started wondering, what for the anti hero cop?
Does he get some kind funeral and 21 one shot salute or anything?
no, seriously what happens to his charred remains? Do they show disrespect or indiferrence?
Just asking

tear gas/smoke grenades?

Seems every time they use those little smoke bombs the surrounding structure turns into a ball of fire. And each time LE issues the statement "We weren't intentionally trying to incinerate the suspect, or the structure".
I wonder if LE would do like Waco or the most recent barbeque if the suspect(s) barricaded in a large, corporate owned retail store? I don't think Neiman Marcus, or Nordstrom’s, or even Wal-mart would remain silent or calm for very long.

It's like our long historic U.S. foreign policy ethos is now being used here in homeland America!

Recorded from police radio,
"Ok, we're gonna go forward with the plan, with the burn ... like we talked about."

"Seven burners deployed and we have a fire."

"Copy. Seven burners deployed and we have a fire."

These purported police commands come from 5 minutes and 17 seconds of audio allegedly recorded off law enforcement radios during Tuesday’s tense standoff between SWAT officers and suspected serial killer Christopher Dorner.

Not that I really care either way, I'd have been willing to bet if he came out with his hands over his head he'd still be dead. Probably better that way.

SWAT officers surrounding the cabin were under a "constant barrage of gunfire," one source said. “He put himself in that position. There weren’t a lot of options.” Hoping to end the standoff, law enforcement authorities first lobbed "traditional" tear gas into the cabin. When that did not work, they opted to use CS gas canisters, which are known in law enforcement parlance as incendiary tear gas. These canisters have significantly more chance of starting a fire. This gas can cause humans to have burning eyes and start to feel as if they are being starved for oxygen. It is often used to drive barricaded individuals out.
