..."anti-Semite" and that didn't stick.

Then we went to "white nationalist" and that didn't stick.

Shortly after, he was called Trump's "puppet master."  lol

And now he is going to blow the ENTIRE world up in one massive explosion!

Sense a pattern here Matt? A VERY VERY desperate and unhinged pattern?

At this rate, I am sure he will be Lucifer himself by Friday. :D :D :D

Just because you don't take it seriously, doesn't mean it didn't stick. Have you ever heard that saying: "Whistling past the graveyard"? I can still the Alfalfa and the rest of "Our Gang" doing so. Don't be surprised, that soon, that will be the Republican Party! ;)

That's a reference I would only expect from Jake, and as soon as he wakes up, he will tell us all how great "Our Gang" was, as he watched all the first run episodes. lol

Nationalism, Modesty, Patriarchy and Religion (Judeo-Christian). He has a touch of Ayn Rand. Do you like those values, or are you more of a Secularist, Egalitarian, or Pluralist kind of guy? Again, no room for the moderate, incrementalist, independent in this extremist war.

But to also keep with my past shallowness, I don't like Bannon because he has to be one of the most unkempt pigs I've seen in awhile. He's fat, disheveled, unshaven, bloodshot eyes, bad skin, and dresses like he shops at Goodwill. Didn't Goldman Sachs teach him anything?

Other than that, he's an asshole.

in that she argued a corrective against the mindset that society owed the individual certain benefits purely based on belong to said society, separate from being a free thinking, hardworking,  contributing member. I later came to believe in social justice, and that, in the long run, a society is the strongest if it can provide the means for each person, who desires to, reach their full potential. I find this position something between the position Ayn Rand spoke against vs. her corrective. ;)

Regarding Bannon, my fear is that of self-fulfilling prophecy. Sort of like, if one has an attitude of looking for a fight, s/he will soon be in one.

So the flaw with the Libertarian approach to society and the individual is that however poetic it sounded in the early days of urbanization, it doesn't seem to work for either the individual OR the society. Part of human nature is that we tend like each other, and when you a Libertarian Government trying to quash such feelings, the social fabric falls apart.

Every so often each of becomes a tad misanthropic due to somebody doing something we don't like, so we cry out, "Fuck the bunch of you!!" But then we have to muddle along until we get in a fix and end up sitting on the curb, scratching our collective head, and as we watch the flying dandruff float around us we then ask, "Hey, what about me?! Why doesn't somebody give me a hand?"

Libertarians is a way of talking tough when you don't really have the guts to pack a gun and a lunch, trek off into the wilderness, and live a life removed from society. Try it sometime. Try to do just one month. I'll bet you'll find it ain't as easy as it sounds, and strutting around with macho swagger out there doesn't help much. lol

I'm still not convinced of that, Jack.

And I HAVE watched Generation Zero.

From where I sit, Bannon is more Rasputin.
