I gotta think, if you're in one of the few states that elect state supreme court judges, and you win that election, despite calling a follow justice "a total bitch" and threaten to "destroy her", and then it turns out you steal the election you lost, then you've got a bit of a P.R. problem.

When you have a disagreement with another one of your fellow justices, and you express that disagreement not with words, but with attempted strangulation, then that's a bit more than an over reach.

I was not there, I do not know what happened.

She says it did, he says it did not.

Were you there or are you blindly believing the individual who spouts out your own beliefs, a behavior I call "Willyism" ;-)

Good to be back.

Is the alley behind the school yard?

Why is anyone attacking anyone? Funny if they were in a Wisconsin public school they would both be expelled because of the non-tolerance policy for violence.

Funny how adults never play by the same rules they set for children, then can't figure out why their kids are so disrespectful and act crazy.

I try to live by example, but if I you choke me (which I take as attempting to kill me), it's going to only be "she said", because you'll probably be too dead to tell your side of the story. LOL

Any guy that lets a woman escape a chokehold and not get her to tap is a disgrace.

He should be sentenced to 90 days hard labor in a Gracie MMA school and learn some ground and pound.
