after a tramatic rape the court deemed her  promiscuous and orders her sterilized.

This is just another shining example of how ALL 3 of our branches of government have turned into a tyranny. The kind of tyranny our founding fathers left when they left europe.

Our system MUST officially be dictocratic now! as EVERYDAY it looks more and more like we can depened on no one BUT OUR SELF to protect our GOD given rights

...when I say activists should carry guns. The state finds it quite convenient that leftist protesters act as pacifists. It makes beating them up a sport. It's only a sport because leftists refuse to defend themselves. Talk about retarded.

Strangely, these kind of abuses never seem to happen to Tea Party types who bring guns to their protests.

Get a clue.

This reminds me of all those G8 nut cases who trash cities, destroy public property and violate everyone else's civil rights and then cry when the police crack down.

I am "GLAD" the police are being proactive and getting in ahead of these nut jobs!!!

BTW, GOOD SHOOTING OFFICER!!!

It's crazy how the right and left hate eachother so much that they can watch another AMERICAN have their constitutional rights violated and think they deserve it.

BTW, I suggest you start caring about the g8's of the world since this is how their globalising our asses.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-20_major_economies  - this is why ALL the worlds economy's are gonna collapse because they want a one world currency. If they can get the richest country's on board for this they will force the rest into it.

This is not a matter of constitutional rights as you claim, but a matter of protecting the constituional rights of all those who these protestors violate.

Don't like the G8, fine, run for office, write letters, whatever, BUT DO NOT TRAMPLE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR POINT...

and the one she was exercising is specifically mentioned in the constituion! What kind of country doesn't allow political speech? What kind of country doesn't protect pocitical speech?

Our founding fathers didn't want us to be that kind of country, that's why the specicifally mentioned it in our constituion.

Her rights were violated.

Cops used to serve and protect our right's. Now it seems they LAUGH like thugs as they abuse them.

I'll keep it simple. I noticed she was standing in the middle of the street, blocking a major throughway.

What about all the people who just want to get home from work? To use the roadway their taxes paid for. What is her message along with all the other protestors to those people?

"FUCK YOU!!" That is their message.

"MY RIGHTS TRUMP YOUR RIGHTS!!" That is their message.

Congratulations, you have now proven you have NO CREDIBILITY on this board...

You're pulling a willyism (your own words). You don't support her right, to political speech, because you don't support her views-

When you should care about what these asshole bankers have been doing you don't, and not only do you not care, you don't care that her rights were violated. Because you're a rabid righty who hates leftys

People on the right always claim to love freedom, UNLESS it's an issue they support, like abortions, or the drug war. Then they're all for police state/nanny state laws that champion their cause.

and you are being a SHINING example of the Hypocrisy of the right, in this post..

Congrat's for being a nazi, supporting your police state tactics.

How long did it take for Nogood to pull out the oldest and most primal claim of all, using all of his intellectual prowess to come up with the orignal phrase...

NAZI...

Wow, how original you are. What a deep thinker you are. How based in logic are your replys, I am stunned!!!

Sorry nogood, you've just gone from having no credibility to just being a f**king joke...

BTW, I support her right until it interferes with womeone else's rights. You are just like her, you think her rights trump others because her cause backs yours. How frigging weak your logic is. Just amazing.

This was the results of the "eugenics laws" that existed in many states from the 1920's-1970's.

Such treatment is not legal in the US anymore.

''Obama is also expected to restore funding to the U.N. Population Fund (UNFPA), probably in the next federal budget. Both he and Clinton had pledged to reverse a Bush administration determination that assistance to the organization violated U.S. law known as the Kemp-Kasten amendment. The Bush administration had barred U.S. money from the fund, contending that its work in China supported a Chinese family planning policy of coercive abortion and involuntary sterilization.''

that Obama appointed, that champion this radical judidicial activism called ''bio-ethics''

I'm only gonna take the time to tell you about one. This judge was appointed to be HEAD of federal district 7 - which is Illinois, indianna, and wyomyng. One of her students wrote a book about her called ''In reckless hands'' which she stole, the co-authored, denying NONE of the accusastions the student made against her, and only adding to them.

I would bother to give you more, but i have a feeling no matter how much PROOF i give you, your eyes will remain glued shut!

''In the 1920s and 1930s, thousands of men and women were sterilized at asylums and prisons across America. Believing that criminality and mental illness were inherited, state legislatures passed laws calling for the sterilization of “habitual criminals” and the “feebleminded.” But in 1936, inmates at Oklahoma’s McAlester prison refused to cooperate; a man named Jack Skinner was the first to come to trial. A colorful and heroic cast of characters—from the inmates themselves to their devoted, self-taught lawyer—would fight the case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Only after Americans learned the extent of another large-scale eugenics project—in Nazi Germany—would the inmates triumph.

Combining engrossing narrative with sharp legal analysis, Victoria F. Nourse explains the consequences of this landmark decision, still vital today—and reveals the stories of these forgotten men and women who fought for human dignity and the basic right to have a family. ''

THIS WOMAN WROTE A BOOK ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE OVERTURNING OF FORCED STERIZATION, and now she is HEAD of district 7 which is 3 states. Obama, himself champions this radical activism himself.

There is a reason he surrendered his license to practice law. He had to hide ALL his past from you.

I don't get it, the self proclaimed ''most transperent president in US history'' would hide his entire past.
