Just wanted to get mongers' and our ladies expert opinions on percentage of the Democrats that you think will end up voting for Trump in November and percentage of the Republicans that would end up voting for Hillary?
My take:I don't think you will many if any Democrates voting for Trump. A good number will be voting for Jill Stine instead, but most will vote for Clinton.
But on the other side, a number of Republicans have publicly anounced that they will be voting for Clinton, as well as Gary Johnson, and another guy (I don't remember his name). As for me. Been voting for Democratic Presidents since I was 18, and I will not be breaking that streak this year.
Noticed how I said "debate" as singular because after the first, there won't be anymore...Trump will scream "Rigged Question" and "Total Bias by the media"...
then it'll be
5% Democrats
40% Republicans
And here's a new one
20% Registered Republicans won't vote.
I think Trump instinctively knows what's waiting for him, and may very well try to avoid it. As far as crossover, I can see some Blue Dogs secretly crossing over to Trump; perhaps 5%, perhaps 15% of Republicans voting for Clinton, third party or not voting. If it looks like a blow out, many will not bother to vote, despite the Supreme Court nomination threat.
