WHEN did Santa Clara County Public Health find out that the patient who died on Feb. 6 had Covid-19?  Did they know it on Feb. 24 when Nancy Pelosi went to Chinatown?  No, you fucking moron!!  They just found out April 21 because that is the date that Santa Clara received confirmation from the CDC who was responsible for examining tissue samples of the Santa Clara victims:

 
"Today (April 21), the Medical Examiner-Coroner received confirmation from the CDC that tissue samples from both cases are positive for SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19)," the County of Santa Clara Medical Examiner-Coroner said in a statement.

The partial China travel ban was ANNOUNCED on Jan 31 but did not go into effect until Feb 2. People were jam packing the flights to get to the US on Jan 31, Feb 1 and Feb 2. (The same thing happened when the Euro travel ban was announced but before it went into effect.)

Although the timing varies, there is an incubation period of 4-9 days before the onset of symptoms. It can then take several more days for the condition to worsen. And then several more days of intensive medical intervention to try to keep the patient alive and to prevent death. It is highly unlikely that a person who died on Feb 6 was exposed to the deadly dose of virus on Feb 3 or 4 or 5. Using average numbers, the person was probably exposed sometime in mid to late January, 1-2 weeks BEFORE the partial travel ban.

Some of the critics of Trump's China travel ban were that it was too little, too late. Trump ignored numerous reports from intel sources, including non-public confidential intel reports from the CDC that there was a dangerous disease coming out of Wuhan. Those reports were probably written with WORDS instead of animated cartoon characters warning, "Hay, Donny! There's a bad germ coming! Look out!!!" Hence, Trump's failure to notice, understand or respond to those warnings. PELOSI AND OTHERS WERE NOT PRIVY TO THOSE CONFIDENTIAL REPORTS.
