No detective work. All he had to do was click on the OP's original link and then post as if he had found something.

If you notice on the thread a 214 area code was quoted from the original ad.  
Now there is a 623 number.  Between the time of the original thread and your snarky comments the phone number was changed in the ad.  And clearly that's what you saw.
