In general, what are the "typical" best days and times for most providers (in terms of their own energy, enthusiasm, etc.)? Here is my thinking: Monday may be bad because, well its Monday! Busy weekend and a tired Monday! As far as time of the day, I understand why hobbyists may like morning. What about providers? Do you have typical best times of the day?

Late morning appointments allow time for my morning routine and a leisurely grooming ritual.  Some women are fine rolling out of bed and starting the day, but for me to give someone the intensity of attention that I think is necessary for all parties satisfaction...first need some "me" time.
Early evening is fabulous; cannot think of a better way to spend "happy hour".

As long as the gent's expectations as far as hair/makeup/wardrobe are casual. I hate waking up very early to do extensive preparation.

Each lady is different. Some ladies have kids, full or part time jobs besides this, and/or let's just say life.

So don't assume we are all the same. Each lady has their own preferences. Simply just ask each lady what is best for her.

As I assume, it's the same for men - you have jobs, wives/girlfriends again life in general. So each hobbyist knows what works best for him.

Monday is not always bad for ladies as some do not play on weekends so they are well rested. Again there is no right/wrong answer. Each lady/man is different.

Sorry that doesn't give you the answer you wanted but it was an honest answer.
