I recommend Camelback Inn.  Second choice is Sanctuary.  I think Camelback has better services, and you get a nice secluded pool and dining away from the crowd at the main resort.   Sanctuary is nice, but a bit compact.

Royal Palms Resort on Camelback also has amazing services and accommodations.
