Just a thought, but any golf-minded providers that have or are interested in offering some type of golf package? Perhaps a flat fee plus all golf expenses. Still no response....seems like a fun idea to me and with golf so popular these days I would have thought some of the providers might play. I also posted such a request on TBD but no response there either.
