Just read a review of a provider today that turned out to be a duplicate of a previous review of the same provider from a different hobbyist. Seriously guys, stop posting bogus reviews just so you can get a free TER membership.

There really shouldn't be free membership for reviews...
I mean, if you're happy or unhappy with the experience you had, you should write a review about it because YOU want to...and not so you can get some free days. TER is amazing and super helpful, but it's so ridiculous that people are writing fake reviews to get free membership days.

Couldn't agree more! If you're spending hundreds of dollars hobbying, $30 a month shouldn't be that big a deal.

It's kind of like...how are we supposed to trust reviews when sometimes, people are faking them to get free membership? Sigh...kinda defeats the purpose of a review board.

Which was my least favorite subject. Actually I hated every minute of english but I now wish I had work harder at it.

There is no point in writing a review that is less than honest.  Inevitably, someone else will see the provider and will recognize that what you said is inaccurate.  Then your credibility is shot.

There are two reviews of Alexa that appeared right before I got to see her.  Having seen her, I recognized at once that those reviews were simply wrong.  I know, now, that I won't put a lot of stock in reviews from those two guys.  The review that follows mine sounds matches my experience, so I feel like I can trust his opinions later.

In this environment, in particular, I think trust is vitally important.  If we can't trust each other, we're all going to wind up in more trouble than any of us wants.

I write reviews of nearly every experience, but I have never gotten, nor have I ever wanted, free membership here.  It's worth the money to be safe.

Its almost like we need a list of these fake reviewers.
I saw a  review from a ATF of mine, been seeing her for 2 years she does not kiss period.
This reviewer said DKF, I call bullshit.

That'll never happen, too many lurkers...

If a fake review gets posted, the woman reviewed has to go through the TER gauntlet to "MAYBE" have it removed.

Many things are wrong with this.
a) The incentivizing for fake reviews.
b) The issues with getting fake reviews removed.
c) The degree of information that must be revealed in a review for it to be accepted.

I have no issues paying for VIP and have, considering that my circle is small and don't want to take a bunch of chances on meeting new person after new person especially with Sheriff Joke's Nazi Squads.

Things will never make it into a review.  Nearly a week at the Phoenician Resort.  Days and evenings spent at amazing boutique hotels around the country.  Lovely restaurants, amazing experiences.  Discrete adventures

Fake reviews are bad for all of us. I have no prob. paying for VIP, however when I do submit a review I enjoy the free days. Why should I be penalized for others duplicity? It's kinda like gun control............

How big a problem is it verses the incentive to leave a review? I see reviews as very important to the  community.

I think the number of reviews would plummet were it not for the free days.
