MEAN BIKER WITH GUN NOW HITTING MASSAGE PARLORS - not just escorts as in past warningNo one wants to report to Police since Police are so concerned about victimless crime that dangerous real crime goes unreportedSADLY ANOTHER URGENT WARNING TO PASS ON TO PROVDERS!It is known that at least five massage parlors have been recent victims of the "Biker with a Gun".  Seems about the time I issued the warning about the Escorts being hit he switched to massage parlors.  The description is exactly the same as I previously reported on January 29th when he was targeting escorts.Example 1Scottsdale incall in early February came in Saturday late night.  Had massage session but afterwards pulled gun took fee back and took money in purse.  There were two other gals in the parlor, he then went after.   Forced them at gunpoint to give money and when couldn't open safe he broke it out of wall and took the whole safe.  Hogtied and gagged the 3 gals.  Obviously terrifying experience as it has been for escorts as reported 1/29/01Example 2NE Phoenix incall location same events but she was working alone.  Took gal 2-3 hours to get out of ropes - he ties very tight. One victim reports he held surrogated hunting knife to her neck.  Another reports him cocking his gun to scare her.This guy is very dangerous.  Even worse I hear of Escorts and Massage Therapists getting guns but that could make it even more dangerous. The good news (if you can really call it that) is his description is quite unique so if MT's and Escorts use peep holes or are told description they might avoid letting him in. Or if he comes into a massage parlor alerting others to perhaps call police.  But sadly how to get the police involved is a serious problem. As sad is it is, no one trusts Phoenix police to give much information since we know unrelated information has been used against them in the past. Some of the massage therapists hit were not licensed, so they are not going to report it - which is what he is counting on. Real dangerous crime goes on while police are so concerned about chasing down those dangerous dancers that might touch their own breasts on stage, harmless lap dances, escorts or healthy sexual massage that real victims won't report real crimes.I think it is terrible when Police in Phoenix and other cities are so fixated on repressing healthy consenting adult sexuality that victims won't report serious crime. Especially since the U.S. is among the few countries in the world where such sexwork is a crime.It appears we have one witness that has the license number of his truck - but doesn't want to have any police contact.  If I can get the license number I may publish it, but no one knows what to do since sadly both the cops and robbers are the bad guys when it comes to healthy, private, consenting adult sexuality in the eyes of most providers.  Especially now with the Phoenix Police Massage Task Force going after so many massage parlors.DESCRIPTION from victims:Caucasian, dirty "bad biker" type look with lots of tattoos all over including entire arm (tattoos like a sleeve) but sometimes wears long sleeve shirt to cover and sometimes has worn a leather jacket. About 5-11, slender and very pock marked face.  Spider web type tattoo on hand.  Short hair looks like growing out from having been bald.  If still short has a taboo on top of head.VEHICLEGreen truck with sort of camper on back - described as looking like an Explorer SUV or something similar.  We hope to have a plate from one witness.  It is the same truck that was spotted in Escort robberies.Repeat of other info in prior warning to escorts:There have been at least three confirmed robberies recently of Phoenix providers that seem to be related.  Same description of man, has a gun, ties up and gags provider and leaves in a van.  In one case over $5000 was taken plus a laptop computer.  Sadly most providers don't want to report to the police but one has and police are investigating.  Usually this type of activity is with street walkers but these robberies are of private professional highly regarded honest providers.Even worse there is strong evidence it is being done by another Phoenix provider and her boyfriend.  She has been identified as the "lookout"   It has been also suggested there is a drug connection.   Description of the "look out" seen by a victim:Very petite, about 5' "little girl like look".  Blonde very straggly hair, nose ring, pierced ears, tattoos can be seen on various parts of her body.Spread the word that all providers should be very careful and never keep large amounts of cash on hand.  DO NOT RESIST This guy is armed, dangerous, and may be on drugs. Providers should use a "peep" hole in the door and not let him in!I assure you this is very legitimate and victims are very concerned about others being victims, but for obvious reasons most don't want to be too open with the police fearing they will be harassed as has happened to others in the past. If word gets out to the provider and alleged boyfriend that they are known they might think twice before hitting again.  But the biggest concern is for other providers if they do strike again.  He acts like he would use the gun if there was resistance.  This obviously could be a very dangerous situation.
