I am interesting in knowing what others feel is the most important qualities for a good provider.
For me I would rank:1. Enthusiasm 2. Personality 3. Looks Of course we would always hope to find a balance of all three traights. But I am really aksing, if you had to make concessions, how would you prioritize. In my opinion, a trully enthusiastic provider can overcome any small lacking in the other two areas.
As a designer and artist, I am of the oppinion that beauty comes in many forms and sizes. I like the variety and fund that nerdy, goofy, skinny, curvy, hot, cute, and whatever, all have beauty.... but that is a whole different discussion on the nuances and various types of beauty. Second part: For Hobbyist:
Since I am reasonably new in the hobby, I would be interested in hearing recomedations for providers you feel excell in one of those three traits, and as such, resulted in a good experience. As I get more experience, and find the right examples, i will also share those examples I find. For Providers:
I am also interested in hearing from those who can honestly say they feel they are strong on one of these traights. In all fairness, you are all beautiful in you own ways, so just saying your smoking hot is not a fair assessment.
My ranking would be close to yours, except I added Honest as #1 and switched Personality with Enthusiasm. I always have to have my guard up when meeting someone new. Honesty is very important and once someone has earned my trust I can be more comfortable. Little things matter like being comfortable going to the bathroom and leaving my wallet in the other room, etc.
Personality is also very important. I have contacted may women who kill the deal instantly by being rude. I contacted a lady some time ago on P411 and asked her a question by PM. She wrote back that if I had bothered to check her web page I would know the answer. Okay, which web page? The info was not on her P411 page. There is a spot on P411 where ladies can enter a link to their personal page on their P411 page...however, this particular person didn't bother to enter that link. I did find the link later by using TER, but TER was not where I was searching and contacted her from. So I didn't even bother contacting her again. Her reviews were great, personality rather lacking.
One of my favorite stories about looks/personality involves a lady who once worked as a provider and I became very close friends with. She started doing booking work for a high end, high priced, escort in New York. She kept telling he what a bitch this lady was and how she talked crap about all of her clients. One day her and I were on a road trip up in California wine country and this high end provider called her to discuss a guy that wanted to buy this bitch an airline ticket to fly to him. My friend just flipped the whole call on speaker phone so I could hear first hand what a bitch she was. Here this provider had someone willing to pay for an airline ticket and a multi hour visit, yet, she was just going on and on about what a f-ing stupid dumbass loser this guy was. If he could hear what she was saying, he probably wouldn't be able to get it up again for months.
Then there was another guy who tried to book this NY Bitch and he was just insisting on meting her. But she wasn't available on those dates. The dates he wanted were right after our wine country trip would end. So my friend said she knew another lady that was available and sent him photos of herself. With as much as he was willing to pay, she wanted to take the call. He passed on that and said it had to be the NY Bitch. I could tell she was very bothered by that.....me not so much because I had mixed feeling about her still escorting some.
My friend is attractive and did very well back when she was escorting. But she could not compare to the NY Bitch in looks. The thing is, my friend liked the majority of her clients okay, she is very generous and kind. Sometimes too generous for her own good. Was she perfect? Hell no. I could never actually live with her. But overall she is a much better person that the NY Bitch she was working for at the time. I would take that over looks any day.....
Of course everything Goddess Jezebel mentioned are important also. I just roll Manners, respectful, and Kindness all up in the personality box.
Main thing is to follow your gut feeling, it's often right. At the same time it's important to try and balance that with giving the benefit of doubt. If someone is rude from the start, probably best to skip. However, I'm rather forgiving for mixups and technical problems provided it does not become a pattern. Some of the free or low cost phone numbers many of us use can have text reliability problems at times.
Thanks for responding. I had mixed feelings about starting this post, but am enjoying how it has me thinking more about the nuances. Agree honesty is crucial, on both sides of the hobby. As you note, rudeness is not necessary.

Definitely agree that you can find great providers at all price level, age and body types. The article also covers some points of discussion that I have had with a couple of my current favorite providers.
I think my biggest take away is, as it should be in all aspects of our life, we should respect one another. We all have our backstory, reasons, physcial and personal flaws. We could all be judged in some way. But we also should not be the ones to judge others.
In my brief time in this hobby, I have met some fun and interesting people. Both as providers visited, providers in discussions, and other clients on this site. I look forward to meeting more great people and seeking positive, enlightening and memorable experiences.

Your Personality & Enthusiasm is just as importin and Chemistry as well for me to know if we get along ,
Then I can lead us as to where we will go as our fantasy get's started on our journey for the time you have planed out our visit toghter .
I like my date to be willing to give it his all so we can enjoy each other as they say it takes 2 to taco lol
Just taking a few mins to talk on the phone to get a feel of each other , can go a long way and helps brakes the ice a bit .

I could count on one hand the number of providers here in Phoenix that really possess all 3. For my I’ll take enthusiasm and personality any day. Don’t get me wrong, looks are part of it and I don’t see ugly providers but a drop dead gorgeous provide with a bad attitude or lack of enthusiasm is a turn off for me.
…..they’re Unicorns! U won’t find one often, but when U do, my friend, hang on to her tightly, she’s precious!
