I am looking to provide incall locations to providers on a per appointment basis.  I'm looking for thoughts on an acceptable cost for each appointment (assuming a 1.5 hour appointment duration).  Currently, I am thinking $50 per appointment.  Why I think this would be beneficial is that providers will only pay for an incall location when they have a client.  Thoughts?

it may be a good idea.  Problem is that if any renters are busted, you probably would be charged as a criminal enterprise in this state. Just my opinion.

There is always that risk, but I wouldn't rent to anyone engaging in illegal activity.

I think the arrest first, ask questions later approach will subside with time.  AZ is just going through a phase.

A phase? Sure, about a 8 yr phase. Unbelievable!

a few other charges; trafficking being another. If you'd like to get a very close-up look at Sheriff Arpaio's "phase" (21 years btw)...continue on with your plan, but up your rate to $100 per appointment. Gotta make sure you make enough money to cover your bail.
