Time consuming.

Many providers don’t read the guidelines, or the boards. I use TER for the amazing features they offer. The PO board is open with suggestions, but not many providers use it. Same with paying for a VIP membership the majority of providers have never paid. If you ladies post on the photo board I promise to hit the like button on everyone’s photos. I think if you guys would do the same it helps encourage people to post.

I’ve lamented the lack of AZ provider participation here many times myself. Especially the photo and ad boards, as you said.  

 
I remember, as I’m sure you do as well, when 30 posts was a SLOW day on the photo board.  Would be nice to get back to that. I used to have a personal rule about only hitting “like” on photo posts if she showed her face. Lately though, I’ve been hitting it on most posts there, hoping to increase participation. But, you know what they say about hope…

 
To the point that QB brought up: I’ve actually toyed with the idea of making a photo board rules PSA post and sticking it on newbie or GD. This because I see lots of photo posts that I know immediately are going to get pulled down. I know when a post is pulled, the reason isn’t always clear to some people. I see posts that end up pulled and then never see that provider post again. I think they get frustrated and leave.  

 
But the rules are right there at the top of the board. Anyone who can’t or won’t read that, as QB noted, isn’t going to read a post about it either.  

 
As for your question, the reasons, I only know what some providers have told me. Some want instant results when trying a new advertising/self promotion venue. They make a couple posts and if it doesn’t get them a surge of inquiries they say “well that didn’t work, moving on”. They don’t understand that most folks here are not going to see one post from a new account and book her. Hang around, join in the conversation here and there, look like a real person and after a while, someone will TOFTT and write your first review. They don’t get that because of today’s instant gratification norms. Also some of them never make a post with a FUCKING LINK so that somebody can FIND them. They’re used to the other socials where you can find each other easily. They won’t put in the effort to get to know this place. They just WON’T.  

 
From talking to ladies, it seems like it’s mostly that they don’t wanna be here tho. Many of them always found this place to be… let’s say unpleasant. They considered it a necessary evil, basically. When that bitchy foster sister showed up in 2018 and shut this mother down, they adapted. Many of them now feel they don’t “need” this place. A lot of people debate that but that doesn’t matter. Point is a lot of women believe they will be fine without this place, so they’re not here.  

 
All that has led to a significant reduction in general female involvement here since the before times. Has that hit AZ harder than any other area? I don’t know. But this place is not what it was before foster sister. Period. I dunno if it ever will be. A lot of the women don’t want to be here. They call it toxic. It’s hard to argue with that if you spend time on the discussion boards.  

 
Also there’s the salacious nature of the reviews here. Some women are fine with DOING those things with a given individual but not so much with having it recounted on the internet.  

 
As to AZ specifically, I’ll add this. I’ve always thought that as big as this metro area is, as many people as there are here; I would expect us to get a lot more touring providers than we do. Talking to the ones who DO travel here, I’ve learned we seem to have a bad overall reputation. Guys here won’t pay deposits. Say what you want about deposits in general, but a decent provider is NOT going to go to a town new to her if she can’t get any deposits there.  

 
The guys here make first contact with a text that only says “what are your rules?” Hey knuckleheads, I’m not gonna talk about this totally illegal thing in detail, in writing, with a total stranger. There’s tons of fantasy bookers and time wasters and hagglers here.  

 
All of that happens everywhere, but I keep hearing that it’s worse here than most everywhere else. I don’t know why. I just know it sucks.

How hard is it to hit the like button if you want women to participate?

I see not very many people like my photos, but I still post everyday. You only hit the like button on full face photos well you won’t ever like my photos because I blur my face. If you want women to participate like everyone who posts it’s called supporting women.  

You write a lot of I’ve been told by providers. I’m a provider & I am telling you it’s kind to care and hit that like button if you want providers to post photos. Kiss 💋 keep it super simple.

I was born in AZ. I’ve never made lots of $ touring AZ., or living in Arizona. I was targeted when I first arrived in Phoenix by a person who preys on new talent & promises them business if they see him at a discounted rate and they must provide services that are not on their menu. This happens in every city it’s disgusting. 🤮  They are top TER mongers who have tons of reviews. Free advice - providers never date a person based on them implying they will bring you business from a TER review because it’s a scam. Many never will write you that review  they promise you for jeopardizing your business.

It does seem to be a phenomenon amongst the gentleman here in Arizona… The lack of interesting first contact… On top of the absolute refusal to pay deposits… The boys here. Just need to catch up with the times. Our scales are becoming more particular about who we see, and when we see them.  And in all the years I have been on this board… It is never been provider, friendly.  Unfortunately, it just seems to get less provider friendly as time goes on. TER has become the meat market of the provider world that back page used to be.
