They have been quite slow on a few things and it tends to happen in waves. Luckily, I haven't had any issues with getting an advert online in a while. Instead my issue is getting pictures approved as it's very clear that every city has different moderators. In some cities, an ad can have breasts fully out on display but fully clothed photos can be declined. It's all rather intriguing. I digress.  

 
While I do not have a direct line/email for you, something that has worked for me when in a jam is to go to the drop down and select "offline services". There you'll find all the advertisements that were previously approved but are no longer active. Click "edit", change what you need to do, and then move that one to your cart. Typically, that has worked for me because "new ads" can take up to 3 days for approval whereas "reposting"/"updating" and old ad usually should only take about one business day.
