I am really struggling to find ANYONE in the Evanston, WY area.  Does anyone know of a way to search that might yield more results?

You are better off traveling to SLC...or Denver

I live in Afton so I'm always trying to find a little closer destination. I've never gotten anyone closer than SLC for that area. There seems to be some action in Pocatello/Chubbuck area of Idaho but those aren't confirmed and the LE seem to be assertive. There seems to also be some activity in the Rock Springs area but again, it's hard to confirm it. My best experiences have been in SLC so that's where I tend to gravitate. I've got some friends in the Evanston area for play but it's not in the hobby
