As I've gotten older, I've also become mostly a once and out kinda guy.  In conversations with some of the ladies, they have indicated that, despite what you read in reviews, that tends to be the norm.  So, like I said, fantasy.

It's just years and years of practice being a horny bastard  And maybe a little luck.  I have more challenges holding out so it's not over so fast...    .  But....I'm happy with that problem.  If I couldn't repeat...it would be a bigger deal.  I do find that my 2nd and 3rd are more satisfying (not that the first ever sucks)...so...I have strong motivation to get there.

*  Eliminate or seriously curtail masturbation
*  Cardio exercise 3 or more times a week (increases blood circulation)
*  Proper diet (avoid foods high in sugars, carbs and words you cannot pronounce (i.e., processed foods)
*  Practice never hurts!  In your private life try 2nd pop about 10 minutes after first pop.  It is easier in private life because you most likely will not be using a condom.  Condoms restrict blood flow to your penis.

For me it is completely mental.  Mind you, Ridgetucky's comments were excellent.  I have been with an absolutely beautiful woman that I popped once and that was it, while I have been with another that I may not have seen as physically stunning, but the attitude was so perfect that the second pop came easy.  It seems to me if I perceive the provider as going through the motions or genuinely having a good time makes all of the difference in the world.  We are there to fill whatever void is missing in your sex life.  Figure that out (besides busting a nut) and go for it on the second try.
