i was thinking as i posted below,i don't know how you(providers)know if a hobbiest is l.e.(outside of "screening")?does anyone here know?i've heard they can't "touch" or "can't do the deed"with the girl, then i've heard they can.

I am pretty sure they can do all of the service and then say they are LE. Haven't had it happen to me ever, just have heard it. I use a program for new guys to run your number ( no it doesn't call it) to verify you are who you are and that you don't have any alerts of abuse or anything.

I am a lawyer and cops can and do lie all the time.  Entrapment is a difficult defense to establish because if a provider goes through with the act, thenshe had the mental intent to perform the act and was not entrapped.  There was a cop in this area several years ago who busted a provider at a local by-the-hour motel after reportedly getting a hand job.  he caught flak in the papers when it came out that he went through with the act.  he literaly said he "took one for the team" to make the collar.

Beware!!

There's a few things a provider can look for prior to agreeing to the session or even tip off's once she's in the room with the cop but I don't want to discuss them on the boards since you don't know who's reading.

We all need to be careful, not just of LE but of anyone who can cause us problems or injury.
