Agreed 100%. That was my problem in Columbus the other night exactly!  Didn't have the time to plan it out and prep it and wait.  Made a number of calls and texts, but no responses within the few hours I had to allow.  What I got was terrrrible.  Chalked it up to bad luck and not proper time given.  But I can't always research and plan it all out for christs sake!  Thanks!

Sorry I wasn't there as I know I was mentioned. I am in Iowa at the moment on one of my longest tours. I will be home soon, and making a return trip to Columbus so keep me in mind.
