An FAQ, for sure. You cannot upload an image file to TER. TER does not host (store) picture files. When you view a pic in TER post, the TER software sends a request to the host site to send the picture to your browser. TER is just the middleman.
.
So, first, you have to upload your files to a dedicated image hosting site, such as imagecoast (but there are others).
.
Once properly stored on the host site, copy the URL (e.g., www.hostsite.xxx/myaccount/mypictures/picture01.jpg) in the "Picture URL" box at the bottom of the TER posting form. Then Post Message.
(Answer in linked clip.)
.
As an example, there is free clipart here: https://www.halloween-images.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Happy-Halloween-Images.jpg
.
I paste that URL into the box and you should the image here.

Hello!!
Super low tech provider here! I would like to post a Halloween picture, but how do I upload it? (I have a Surface tablet and took the picture with the tablet. It is located in my "photo" section, the "c" drive, I think)
Thank you!!!!
