...when setting up an appointment through RS2K?

I know that you have to provide your full name & linked phone number.
Do providers see any info beyond this? Address? Date of birth? That sort of thing.

I know I'm paranoid, but I like knowing what info I would be giving out using said service. Thank you for your time.

..additional tool for verifying a gentleman's identity; not as a sole means of verification.   Many of us still require all the information asked for on our date request forms.

state of residence because that is what RS2000 requires you to give an escort before verifying you. After that an escort can go to Google and type all your info in the search box and find your address, your place of employment, your wife's name and all that cool stuff about you.

I would never use RS2000 as a screening tool, it has never made sense to me. If you are willing to give an escort your full name, phone number, city and state of residence, you might as well save yourself $50 and cut RS2000 out of it.

The purpose of a verification website is to act as a middleman so to speak and provide their client discretion and privacy when engaging in a transaction with an escort. RS2000 provides neither. Just my opinion.

I'm a member of P411 and Date-Check and neither provides the info you give them to get listed to the provider herself.  Are you sure RS2K really does this?  I would think that would put them out of business. The other two services take your info and use it to verify you for membership, then discard it.  If RS2K really does this I'd never use them either, but I'd like to be sure you're right on this.

Not being a member of that site, I have no way of verifying whether what you say is true or not.  It would be very helpful if someone else with experience with RS2K would corroborate this information.  If it is in fact true, I'm glad I didn't join, I'll stick with DC and P411.

I have actually verified this with Cathy who I believes owns RS2K several times via email and she has confirm what I have just stated to me. I always scratch my head at every guy that wants to signup for a membership with them despite numerous warnings time and time again on this board. You want to pay close attention to the Client Verification Link for Providers. A simple Google search with that info will pull up all sorts of info about a client.

to list his full name, city and cell number.

That is the info that RS2K hobbyists give to providers, who then double check its accuracy with RS2K.

The system seems to work well for a lot of people-- RS2K is very popular in Chicago and some other cities in the midwest.

I haven't heard very many complaints about their service at all

that is the info he needs to give us, because then we need to give that same info to RS2K to get the verification.

Best customer service of any of the screening sites, if you ask me. I've also never heard a single complaint about them and have yet to hear of it being infiltrated by LE (as opposed to the other two popular screening sites).

One thing I'll add to what Tabu said is that in order for us to verify you with them, we have to enter your first & last name, phone number (the one you used to sign up), and your city & state of residence. Once we submit that, they get back to us with something to the effect of "he is a member in good standing and has been a member since 2011," or whatever the case may be. In the event that a member gets reported to them for a violation of some sort (for example NCNS, shorting the donation, abusive behavior, etc), that would also be included in what RS2K sends back to us.

As far as I know P411 provides essentially the same information but without disclosing the gentleman's full legal name.  I believe that by viewing a profile on P411 you can still find out the gentleman's "history" by looking at their OKs and by seeing what negative reports they have from other ladies.  If this is true it would make sense to use P411 as it offers a bit more privacy.

Your P411 unique ID number is based on real info from your ID, but a provider only sees your ID number, okays, and your profile (which you fill out.)
P411 does not even need your real info for membership if you have 2 member providers verify you

I guess what frightens me is the prospect of giving my location. I come from a small town, at least on my drivers license, so if some agency that kept my info got in trouble with LE, then I would be up shit creek without a paddle.

Any info published by moralistic types out to ruin reputations  about name and location would immediately link back to me. It would be another thing I guess if I was a city dweller and my info read something like "John Doe, New York, New York, Throwaway Phone."

They don't actually receive street address I assume?

Your profile is simply a thing you have an option to fill out when you join. We aren't made privy to any negative reports. If there is a negative report on a guy, Gina will make a note of it for her own records only. In more severe cases, she'll revoke the guy's membership.

There are pros and cons to each of the screening sites. P411 is user-friendly and gives the guys more anonymity, but lots of us ladies don't trust it as much security-wise. DC has a nice vouch system (ranging from "highly recommend" to "do not recommend" and everything in between), but their interface sucks balls and their customer service is kind of meh. RS2K is thorough and extremely secure, but if you're one to withhold your identity, that's not going to work.
