Your ter profile may not exist yet if you're new so tell them to just write a review
My clients aren't able to find me under search to start reviews on me. Please help!!!

your TER profile will be created based on the initial reviewyou get a review posted. Then admin will assign you your ID#. At that time, you can ask admin to link your profile to your handle and to get limited provider VIP. That will allow you to read the juicy details of your own reviews. To read that for others, you will have to pay for VIP.
Also suggest you read the self help center. SwimWhere is the self help center? I just created an account here, I'm a provider on another board and want to expand to be in this community also. Does TER even host ads?
