Look in the self help center, it will tell you.
SwimYou need to use an image hosting site, imagecoast is one of the more common ones used and photo bucket is another but it's easy to violate their terms of use policies. Once you get an image on one of those site you can copy and paste the photo's URL to TER. The self help center can give you more details if you are having trouble.
