How do I edit my profile? Thank you so much in advance

You fill out the box that appears and send to TER.  You are not allowed to edit the profile directly yourself.  Changes are submitted and approved (or not approved) by staff.  You will get an answer either way.

You basically have 3 ways to do it.
1)You can file a problem report. Open your profile, then click on "report a problem" when the little box opens up, tupe in what you need changed.
2) use the "contact us" button At the bottom of the page, and send them a feedback telling them what needs to be changed.
3) email them at [email protected] (if you use this method, make sure you email them from the same email address that is on your profile.

If they are simple changes ("donation" rates, services offerred, contact info, website link etc.) use the problem report method. If there are complex changes or lots of changes use the "contact us" or email.

To follow up after check your "myter" quicklinks. Look under "my problem reports, or "my feedback" to check if TER got back to you. Give them a couple days to get back to you (usually it is within hours, but sometimes takes longer)

You were just here a week ago asking how to get a review, and now you have your first review, and have already linked it to your username.! Awesome.

Directly contact TER support asking to edit your profile, that's what I do.. [email protected].  They are very prompt, I always get a response saying they have completed my requested in a timely manner...
