Okay, providers have ways (date check) to check if clients are weirdos...do clients have a way of checking if providers are "clean" - D&D free?

It's always a bit like a crapshoot.  However, I my experience, the well-reviewed ladies of TER are very professional, and take their health and livelyhood veru seriousy.

Its a pretty safe bet that if a lady has glowing reviews here, she probably isn't a head case, probably has a good grasp of the concept of hygiene, and probably practices safe sex. That is what this site is for.
