Are regular incalls safer than AMPs as far as avoiding LE?
Please let me know if you don't understand my question as my terminology might be off.

For your safety, an out-call to your hotel is safer. For her safety, an in-call to her place is safer. It is safer when you control the environment.
Best advice if you are afraid of LE: Stick with a well reviewed provider. Most hobbyists seem to prefer indpendents over agencies and parlors.
LE can operate much better against an AMP that has much higher profile. Check Chicago board, so a search for Eden and read results. Here is link to the original message and one to Chicago Trib story.

Even providers have their share of issues with LE
check out:

They do some prescreaning of escorts, so ladies listed there are less likely to be LE.
