A Glendale, California police sergeant was arrested the other day after agreeing to pay a Las Vegas undercover officer $250. for sex. The cop/john asked the undercover officer if she was a police officer, and she said no.
Cops can and will say whatever they want during a sting. They can also drink, get naked, and even engage in sexual activity in many states.
and yes, cops can and do make arrests even AFTER having sex with the lady that they then arrest.
It's not right, it's not fair, it certainly doesn't pass the common sense test, but it's true.
