What standards do I use for rating services

I have been doing this for sometime. When I read reviews. I have noticed that some people will rate a provider a 7 or an 8. another will rate the same a 6 or so. With the same service. What services rate what #. Is ther a standard?

Read the rules for posting reviews. The lack of unifirmity is due to posters not reading the rules and some TER staff not rescoring the reviews per the rules.

Let’s hope not. While TER has set minimum requirements. I wouldn't go as far to say the staff isn't doing there job and re-scoring. I would hope they would allow a little latitude. I mean the system has a list to check for what you received during the visit, why not allow me to say the performance was a 9 or a 10 even if those standards weren’t met. It was my experience not yours. If I want to cry out that this provider was the best I’ve ever had – why is it limited to the text area and not the performance rating. The same goes for looks – very subjective. So, the rating system while not perfect, is all we have and there are rules. Yes, Staff will read your review and decide to down rate if it doesn’t meet the minimum standards. (I wonder why not up the rating if those standards are met and the reviewer gave less?)

Each hobbyist isn't likely to be given the same treatment no matter what others have to say. The providers do their best to give us all the same or similar experiences. There is always the case where a provider isn't up to it that day or doesn't like the hobbyist for one reason or another. So when it comes to the review, one of the requirements met by a reviewer who gave higher score isn't satisfied and thus only deserving what was posted by the reviewer – not a matter of the staff not doing there job.

The rating system is only part of what hobbyist use to make their decision to see a provider. The written reviews are also only a piece of the overall equation. It's how you feel when you look, read, and do the research that will eventually sway you to see a provider. In some people case, it just how good she looked in the ad and they are willing to TOFTT (and in may cases it big of them to come back admitting which head they thought with)

The more feed back from fellows like you and I who have seen the provider, the better. But don't be fooled, your experience and opinion could be much different then others - and that is a good thing...

Enjoy - Happy Hobbying

Just because idea of a perfect session with my ATF doesn't involve Anal or CIM, the 10 I give her is re-scored to a 9, yet a massage only provided that doesn't allow touching and no sex, no HJ, no BJ can score an 8.

There is a big difference between a great massage and the time you spend with your ATF. More than 1 point.

As has already been said since rating is very subjective and open to personal influences from the individual encounter. I have also noticed instances ,as Slipry made mention of, where the encounter description and juicy details sounded like the guy had a 9 experience but only gave her a 6 or 7 (perhaps it wasnt because she wasnt a total GFE, but maybe she just didnt have that special "freek" streak running up her spine that he was looking for). The rules are there as guidelines or a baseline for you to go by, but ultimately your rating will reflect the encounter "you" had, as I have seen numerous times ""YMMV"" also plays into it. So with that said... pick up the phone, give her a call, and give her a 1 if she snores during your BJ, and a 10 if you have to wait to review her after you come out of the coma :-)

2-days until my first review on TER and Im hoping for the coma LOL

and often subjectively affected by many ancillary influences on the reviewer. My methodology is to throw out the very highest & lowest scores to get a basic average then I actually READ several reviews in hopes of identifying what really is and isn't being said.
