Two choices
How do I update the information on my profile?
Probably best way is to click on "report a problem" tab at the top of your profile and tell them what you would like changed. Other way would be to use "contact us" link at the bottom right corner of TER pages.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
