There's no harm in having some with you...
should i bring my own or should the provider have them?
Responsible and established providers will always have condoms on hand. It can't hurt to bring your own, just in case, or if you have size issues.
If a provider doesn't have condoms she is careless. But as in any situation plan for the worst (her not having any). You can always throw them away before getting home or to work.
as a back up, but 99% of providers use their own just to be assured that the condom they use has not been subjected to improper storage, tampering, etc.
What he says is true in my case & with most providers that I know....… Besides the safety factor, each provider also has special brands & types that she prefers…
