I have a question for providers, I've tried to search for a definitive answer to this, but had no luck. What is the final verdict on bj's, is a condom a must? I am leaning towards yes, but I'd like to hear what everyone does in that respect. Any advice will be appreciated!

you *can* pick up STDs from receiving a BBBJ. However the incidence seems to be very low. However no documented cases of HIV that I've seen.

Risk chart attached.

Like everything else in life it is a risks versus rewards calculation that you have to make. Of coures the provider you see will already have decided.

Do you drive over the speed limit? Wear your seat belt? Ride a bike without a helmet? Take a bath? All risky, but the odds vary.....

cbj bbbj its up to what fits your comfort level. Some Ladies do one and some another.
you need to do what you are comfortable with.

There never will be a final verdict. Some do and some don't. Personally I do not care for ladies that are CBJ only, but that is a matter of personal choice for you and the lady.

Like the others have already said, there is no definitive answer to your question.  For me, no bbbj is a deal breaker, I will generally not see a lady who does cbj.  But, OTOH, I have read some reviews that praised the quality of a cbj, it's just not for me.

Whether or not you go the bb or c route, the decision is yours to make.  If you feel safer going the covered way, fine, if bare is your choice, fine also, it's whatever you are most comfortable with.

Bottom line is, you gotta enjoy it, either way.
