My interfaces (TOR or other proxy and safer browsers) only interpret a few smiley-things and I get a lot of non-rendered funny looking rectangle characters which I assume are the newer emojis.

Fortunately when my name was in red, I had actual mod powers and could simply moderate someone like her into oblivion.
